District 3 includes nearly everyone who lives in the following areas:
- Surrey and Surrey Township
- All of New Prairie Township
- The town of Logan and all of Sundre Township
- All of Nedrose Township except for the Heidrich home addition north of the airport
- Generally speaking - that portion of Harrison Township north of Valley street, east of Broadway, and south of the airport.
